Every blogger seems to have their own version of Laadi pav. My version is based on this recipe at allrecipes.com
Laadi Pav
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 packet instant dry yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups organic bread flour (I use King Arthur brand)
Method
1. Add all the ingredients to the breadmaker following the instructions. Choose "Dough" cycle.
5. Place balls 2" apart in a greased baking tray. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.

1) Vada-Pav
2) Pav - Bhaji
3) Misal - Pav
4) Usal - Pav
5) Kheema - Pav
6) Burji - Pav
