Dates and Nuts Roll



Healthy snacks don’t have to be tasteless. Here’s a yummy treat prepared in the Ayurvedic style of cooking.

Ingredients:
  • Dates 500 gms
  • Almonds 100 gms
  • Pistachios 100gms
  • Rice crispies or Arabic
  • gum 100 gms
  • Desiccated coconut 50 gms
Procedure:
Heat dates on low heat till they become soft. Remove from oven, add almonds, pistachio and rice crispies. Make small balls and roll them with desiccated coconut.

Benefits:
Dates are rich in iron and nuts are rich in protein and calcium. So when we mix them, the blend is nourishing, healthy and tasty.
