Tomato Curry

Ingredients:
  • Large tomatoes - 3-4
  • Green Chillies - 4
  • Large Onion - 1
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to Taste
  • coriander leaves for garnish





Preparation Method :

Heat oil in a vessel. Add the crushed garlic and toss them for 8-10 seconds. Add the onions and green chillies fry till translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook on medium heat uncovered for 4-5 mts. Now add turmeric powder, salt and red chilli powder.
Cook till oil sepates. Reduce from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with hot rice , roti or dosa.
