Chicken Pakoda

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken -200 gram
  • Besan flour- 100 gram
  • Rice flour- 50 gram
  • Chopped ginger - 2 tsp
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Chopped green chili -3 or 4
  • Coriander powder- 2 tsp
  • Thin Sliced onion - 100 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped Curry leaves as required
  • Oil



Preparation Method:

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Marinate chicken with red chili powder, lemon juice, coriander powder,garam masala and salt for 30 minutes.Then cook the chicken in water and make it dry.Then mash the chicken with a tava. Keep it aside.

Add besan flour, rice flour, curry leaves, onion, green chili, chopped ginger and cooked chicken to this and mix well with little water.The mix should be less watery.

Heat oil in a pan, take a little chicken dough with hand. Leave it into the oil. Fry in the oil, until brown in a medium flame.

Tips:To reduce spicy , reduce the green chili and chili powder
