Dosakaya Bajji


Ingredients :
- cucumber/dosakaya - 1
- green chillies - 5 - 10
- groundnuts - 1 tbsp
- tamarind - 4 flakes
- garlic - 3
- turmeric powder - one pinch
- oil - 1 tsp
For seasoning
- urad dal - 1 tsp
- cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- curry leaves - 1 spring
Preparation method :
Wash, peel it and Cut the cucumber into rounded pieces.
Boil cucumber and green chillies and add turmeric powder.
Heat a cooking vessel and fry groundnuts till golden color, peel it and keep aside.
Now grind fried ground nuts, boiled green chillies, garlic, tamarind and add some water to make fine paste.
And lastly add cucumber pieces and salt blend it once.
Serve with hot rice or roti.
