Mini chocolate dome
Ingredients
- 50 gm chocolate sauce
- 100 gm eggs
- 65 gm caster sugar
- 150 gm dark chocolate
- 75 gm unsalted butter
- 10 gm coffee powder
- 100 gm almond powder
- Butter, for greasing
Method
Finely chop the dark chocolate and keep aside. Heat pan on a low flame and melt the butter. Add chopped chocolate. Stir till the chocolate melts and keep aside. Whisk eggs and sugar till stiff. Fold in the chocolate. Make a diluted coffee solution and add to the mixture. Also add almond powder and mix well. Pour this into a mould. Bake it at 160°C for 30 minutes. Remove from mould and glaze with chocolate sauce.
