Vada Nu Loat

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 cup Toor daal
  • 1/2 cup wheat
  • 1/2 cup mung daal
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds

Method

1. Roast all the ingredients separately till they change the color.

2. Let it cool down.

3. Grind to a coarse powder.

4. Store in an airtight container.
