Tomato & Mushroom Farfalle

Simple farfalle pasta with tomatoes and mushroom served along with parmesan cheese..This delicious pasta will be ready within few minutes and with simple ingredients this pasta tastes fantabulous..I used tinned & peeled tomatoes with juice to make out this dish as they will turn very quickly as tomato sauce and this canned tomates will give a beautiful colour to the dishes, also i used small button mushrooms,i didnt chopped them and used directly to make out this dish..Easy pasta dish to prepare with simple ingredients and kids will definitely love this dish..Needless to say that this delicious tomato & mushroom farfalle goes to Sowmya's Cooking With Pasta..

ingredients:
  • 3cups Farfalle (cooked)
  • 1no Onion(chopped)
  • 1small can Tomatoes (peeled with juice)
  • 1cup Button mushrooms
  • 1tsp Dry Parsley leaves
  • 2tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
Method:
Heat enough olive oil and saute the chopped onions along with dry parsley leaves, once the onions turns transculent , add the button mushrooms and saute for few minutes..now add the tomatoes and cook everything in medium flame with pepper powder and salt...Cook the veggies until they get well cooked, finally add the cooked farfalle and toss gently until the farfalle gets well mixed...

Serve warm the tomato and mushroom farfalle topped with parmesan cheese..
