Upasachi Chutney
This chutney goes very well with sabudana vada.
Upasachi Chutney
Ingredients
1/4 cup fresh coconut
1/2 cup roasted peanut powder/daaNyache kooT
salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
2-3 green chilies
1" ginger
1/4 cup cilantro
Mix in
1/2 cup yogurt
Method
1. Grind all the ingredients together except yogurt.
2. Stir in whisked yogurt.
3. Mix well & serve.
