Quinoa Thattai

Are you surprised to read the name of this post?? yep i prepared these thattais sterday evening with quinoa flour also with usual flours..This time i was quite happy to see my diwali savouries with oats and quinoa, eventhough they are deepfried am glad to make out murukkus and thattais with oats & quinoa flour..Even my H was saying that this diwali savouries are healthy savouries, i know he is just pulling my legs..I was quite skeptical to add quinoa flour while preparing the thattai dough, i have added half a cup of quinoa flour for 2cups of rice flour since for the first time am using quinoa flour in my savouries, first i prepared a small batch of thattais to check whether they turn crispy or not, for my surprise they turned out excellent immediately i prepare a huge dough for making more thattais..i loved the addition of quinoa flour in this thattais since they didnt change the taste or the crispiness of this thattais, i am soo excited to share my new culinary invention, the crispy quinoa thattais to u all..
