Thandai Mixture from Mumbai
This Thandai mixture has following ingredients -
1. Dry edible rose petals
2. Char Magaj seeds
3. Almonds
4. Pistachios
5. White Peppercorns
6. Black Peppercorns
7. Cloves
8. Green Cardamoms
9. Fennel seeds
10. Poppy seeds
Method -
1. Powder all the ingredients together in a dry spice grinder. Store in an airtight bottle in the fridge.
