Egg curry with Spring onions Curry

Ingredients :

  • Egg - 3 no
  • Spring onions - 1cup (finally chopped)
  • Onion - 1 medium (finally chopped)
  • Green Chilies - 2 nos ( Split )
  • ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • coriander/dhania powder – 1 tsp
  • mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • channa dhal – 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • curry Leaves – 1 strand
  • Oil - 3 tsp
  • Salt – to taste





Preparation Method :

Heat oil in a pan,add mustard , cumin, Green chili, Curry leaves and fry.
Add chopped onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
Add chopped Spring onions and fry till leaves become smooth.
Add Turmeric, Coriander Powder, ginger garlic paste and Salt.
Add egg and cook for 2 minutes.
Add red chilli powder and mix well and adjust salt.
Fry till egg is cooked well
Now serve with rice or roti.
