Palakura Pachadi (Spinach Pickle)


Ingredients:
- Spinach - 1 bunch
- Green Chillies - 4-5
- Ground nuts - 2 tsp
- Tamarind - 6 flakes
- Urad Dal - 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
- Oil - 1tbsp
- Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
- Curry leaves- 3
Clean and wash Palak and chop into big pieces. Heat a teaspoon of Oil and fry Palak for a minute remove and keep aside.
Fry Urad Dal and Green Chilies in a teaspoon of Oil and remove.
Roast ground nuts and Mix everything together. Grind to a paste and remove to a serving bowl.
Heat Oil for seasoning, add Mustard seeds , cumin seeds and curry leaves when they splutter add this to the Chutney and mix well. Serve with rice or Dosa.
